1. Acceptance

By using this website or enrolling in a NodeEndpoint Core program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.

2. Educational services

NodeEndpoint Core provides educational content about multi-location wallet custody ledgers. Materials are for learning and operational literacy. They do not create an advisory, brokerage, or fiduciary relationship. See also our Not Financial Advice page.

3. Accounts and communications

You agree to provide accurate contact details when requesting enrollment or submitting forms. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials issued for cohort platforms.

4. Intellectual property

Site content, course materials, templates, and branding are owned by NodeEndpoint Core or its licensors. You may use materials for personal or internal training as licensed at enrollment. You may not resell, publicly republish, or reverse engineer course packages without written consent.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site to distribute malware, scrape content at abusive scale, harass staff or learners, or attempt unauthorized access to systems.

6. Payments and pricing

Prices shown on the site are informational. Payments, if any, are arranged off-site through invoicing or other agreed methods. Refunds are described in the Refund Policy.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Content is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that materials will meet your regulatory obligations, vendor configuration needs, or uninterrupted availability of the website.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NodeEndpoint Core is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the site or courses. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the services is limited to the fees you paid to us for the specific program giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify NodeEndpoint Core against claims arising from your misuse of materials, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Korea shall have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
