Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refund requests apply to tuition paid directly to NodeEndpoint Core for a specific enrollment. Informational prices on the website are not charges. Third-party marketplace purchases, if any, follow that marketplace’s rules in addition to this Policy.

Timeframe

You may request a full refund within 7 days of payment if you have not accessed more than the orientation module and have not submitted a graded capstone artifact. After that window, partial refunds may be considered as described below.

Full refund conditions

Full refunds are available when (a) the request arrives within the 7-day window, (b) access remained at orientation level, and (c) no Desk Circle private workshop slot was consumed.

Partial refund conditions

If you withdraw after orientation but before the midpoint of a cohort, we may refund 40% of tuition as a goodwill credit, less any non-recoverable facilitator costs already incurred for private sessions. After the midpoint, tuition is generally non-refundable.

Non-refundable items

Completed private workshops, custom glossary sessions already delivered, and third-party exam or software fees (if separately itemized) are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email support@nodeendpoint-core.digital with your name, enrollment reference, payment date, and reason. We may ask for verification matching the original payer.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days using the original payment method when possible. Bank timelines may add additional days.

Cancellation by NodeEndpoint Core

If we cancel a cohort and cannot offer a reasonable alternative date, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later cohort.

Exceptions

Mandatory consumer rights under Korean law remain unaffected. Documented medical or legal emergencies may be reviewed case by case for alternative remedies such as deferral.
