Learning outcomes

  • Build a location-aware wallet inventory that separates storage class from legal entity.
  • Design pending lanes so in-flight moves do not pollute closed books.
  • Run a KST-anchored close with documented exceptions.
  • Write dual-control queues that fail safely when an approver is offline.
  • Produce an auditor-readable correction trail without rewriting history.

Haeun Park — former multi-site custody operations lead who now designs ledger labs for NodeEndpoint Core from Korea. Focus areas: reconciliation windows, bilingual handoffs, and exception logging.

Modules

  1. Site taxonomy that survives reorgs

How to tag offices, vaults, and vendor-hosted nodes without renaming history every quarter.

  2. Wallet inventory as a living register

Fields that matter: custodian role, storage class, last verified sighting, and break-glass path.

  3. Pending lanes and settlement truth

Keep intent, authorization, and settlement as distinct states across locations.

  4. Dual control without Friday deadlocks

Backup approvers, escalation clocks, and what never belongs in a chat screenshot.

  5. Close windows on a shared clock

KST anchors, holiday swaps, and publishing exception packs instead of silent edits.

  6. Dispute archives and corrections

Preserve original lines, attach evidence, and replay how a figure changed.

  7. Capstone: three-site mismatch drill

Reconcile a planted conflict set and submit a close package for facilitator review.

Informational pricing

₩890,000 per learner · cohort seat

Desk Circle (up to five seats) and Primer options are listed on the pricing page. Enrollment is arranged through contact — this site does not process payments.

Limitation worth knowing: completing the studio does not certify you under any Korean financial regulator, and it does not replace your firm’s internal policy approval.

FAQ

Do I need blockchain development experience?

No. We assume you can read operational checklists and spreadsheets. Smart-contract coding is out of scope.

What is a real limitation of this course?

We do not provide vendor configuration for specific custody platforms. Labs use neutral ledgers so you can translate patterns into your stack — you still need your platform owners for implementation.

Are live sessions mandatory?

Cohort seats include live blocks in KST evenings. Recordings are available for two weeks; capstone feedback still requires a submitted package.

Is this investment advice?

No. Read Not Financial Advice. Content is educational only.

Learner notes

“Module five finally made our Singapore and Seoul closes stop inventing phantom settlements.”

★★★★★

Took me longer than the syllabus suggested — about fourteen hours some weeks — but the pending-lane template paid for the friction.
