Before the window

• Confirm holiday coverage for Seoul-based approvers and remote backups.
• List wallets with open pending intents older than your policy threshold.
• Agree which exceptions can ride into the next window without silent edits.

During the window

• Lock new non-urgent intents or route them to the next open lane.
• Reconcile site inventories against the custody register, not against a dashboard cache.
• Write exception packs with authorship and evidence links.

After the window

• Publish the close package to all locations in the map.
• Schedule bilingual handoff notes when the next shift works primarily in another language.
• Park unresolved items with owners — not in a shared “misc” column.
